General Council of AISNE - Regional Public Office

The ISS department of the General Council of Aisne is relatively new, since the ISS function was formalised in 2005 following a will to strengthen aspects linked to Information Systems Security. From this date, the GC of Aisne progressively implemented multiple actions such as the updating and publishing of the user charter for information system resources, raising awareness among top management, and the introduction of a Security intranet.


To support and accompany this new approach, the GC hoped to supply complementary, fun, easy to use media, that would be available online.

SYSTALIANS - Insurance Company

Conscious of the importance of raising awareness among its employees regarding IT and informational risks, Systalians began its security measure by carrying out several in-house awareness sessions for all its employees.


Armed with this experience, the EIG decided to continue its operation by evaluating the level of knowledge its employees had acquired by the end of these sessions.

SMABTP - Insurance Company

More than ever, the protection of a company's information assets requires the heightened vigilance of information system users who, conscious of what is at stake, have adopted many good practices.

It is with this in mind that SMABTP was used to organise large plenary meetings centred on awareness raising and information. However, these sessions were lengthy and costly and rarely produced, or enabled employees to obtain, the anticipated results. Armed with this information, SMABTP decided to set up an awareness campaign centred on engaging communication principles and chose elearning as a learning method.
